Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Kitten Sale Details The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, one Ragdoll kitten for the total price of $. A non-refundable deposit of $ is required to reserve the kitten. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the kitten is transferred to the Buyer. 2. Health Guarantee The Breeder assures that the kitten is healthy at the time of transfer and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments. a. The Buyer agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. If the kitten is found to have a serious congenital defect or a life-threatening illness, the Buyer may return the kitten for a full refund or an equivalent replacement. A written report from the veterinarian is required to process this claim. b. The Breeder offers a one-year warranty against hereditary diseases such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and polycystic kidney disease (PKD). If diagnosed by two independent veterinarians, the Buyer will be eligible for a replacement kitten of equal value. c. Should the kitten be diagnosed with a contagious illness within seven days of delivery, supported by veterinary documentation, the Buyer may return the kitten for a refund or replacement. 3. Shipping and Collection If the Buyer requests shipping, all transportation expenses will be the Buyer’s responsibility. The kitten will be shipped via a reputable, insured pet courier. For local pickup, full payment must be completed upon collection, and appointments should be scheduled in advance. 4. Payment Conditions The full purchase price must be paid prior to release or shipping of the kitten. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or other pre-approved options. Deposits are non-refundable unless the Breeder cannot provide the kitten as agreed. 5. Buyer’s Responsibilities The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, loving indoor-only home for the kitten, as Ragdolls are best kept indoors. The Buyer commits to providing routine veterinary care, regular vaccinations, a balanced diet, fresh water, and ample mental and physical enrichment. Declawing is strictly forbidden. If the Buyer can no longer care for the kitten, the Breeder must be notified before any rehoming arrangements are made. The kitten must never be surrendered to shelters or rescues. 6. Entire Agreement This document represents the complete and binding agreement between the Breeder and Buyer.
